Although relatively infrequent in children not suffering from ADHD and ADD symptoms, “energy toxins” are often involved which are complicating the process in children who do suffer from ADHD or ADD.
I have seen clear evidence of this phenomenon, especially in cases of depression and hyper kinetic children (often Ritalin users). In fact, it appears to me that often ADD and ADHD, as well as depression are CAUSED by the offending food or substance and that the main thing necessary to give relief is the removal of the item(s) from the person’s environment.

Energy toxins can be discovered by muscle testing. A relatively simple way of discovering whether it is energy toxins which accuse the symptoms, is to have the child eat a diet free from the substances which frequently cause trouble in hyper active and hypersensitive children: sugar, additives and often milk.

If this does not work, you can have the child eat ONLY the following ORGANIC foods for one week: Fruits, vegetables (except corn), rice, nuts, seeds and filtered water. NOTHING ELSE!!!. No sugar, bread, pasta, coffee, tea, ice cream, salad dressing, tobacco, alcohol, etc. This allows the system to “clean house” as the items included in the above diet are rarely toxic. In the vast majority of cases, if toxins are a problem, improvement will be very clear after several days to a week of this diet. If this doesn’t work, proceed to eliminating perfume, deodorants, soap residues and other items that are in one’s environment.
